One of our clients who operates a large company in the transport industry was experiencing discrepancies in fuel reporting and complaints of lost freight.
The client had four computers and three phones. Initially we set them up with cloud based email accounts and used one of their existing PC’s as a server to run their line of business (LoB) application.
Business had grown to the point where RAM and storage had been upgraded to the maximum across the application server and email server. The clients remote access server and backup server where still very underutilised.
